Heart muscle are continuously working. It supply blood to all over body. 

If you walk for 30 minutes or take any of any excercise for specific time in a day. It will relax your muscle and arteries. So blood will flow smoothly.

It will allow heart to function it at its optimal level.

Daily excercise is very important for young adult boys and computer workers. 


Maintaining Normal Weight 


An overweight person gain overload of fatty tissues to vessels. It also increases the resistance to blood to flow properly.

Normal weight maintained good ratio of fluid and blood in body.


Body Supporting Diet 


Diet should be taken in right proportion. 

High cholesterol, oily food, meat impacts in the abilities of heart to function well.

If you like any food in above category dont eat too much of food because it can cause vascular problem.

Reduced Sodium intake in the body


It is most common tip that everyone suggest.

Actually, sodium plays an essential role in fluid and electrolyte balance. 


Avoid any bad habit such as alcohol or smoking 


Smoking and alcohol, over a period of time reduced the functionality of heart.

Smoking can cause lung infection, throat irritation. 

Over use of alcohol reduced the muscle control result insufficiency of heart. Symptoms look as bradycardia, shivering, cold body temperature.

Manage Your Stress 


Stress is one of the most typical reason for high blood pressure. 

High stress produces hormones that constantly stimulates the contraction of muscle and strenthen arteries.

Long term artery constriction and less relaxation result in mild chest pain.

Good habit of managing your stress effectively by reading , staying away from conflicts, take adequate sleep and rest etc.
